The term ‘Right Track AdmizzionzCampuz Private Limited’ or ‘AdmizzionzCampuz’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is S1, S2, S3, 93 Adarshini Plaza, Adchini Village, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi 110 017. Our company registration number is U80220DL2010PTC210984 and place of registration is New Delhi. The term ‘you’ refers to the user/individual/applicant/client/viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Admizzionz Campuz®’s Obligations

The applicant/client understands that Admizzionz Campuz® is an independent organisation providing career guidance and education advisory services and is not affiliated with any educational institution. It therefore does not guarantee admission to any such institution and accordingly, Admizzionz Campuz® will not be liable if an applicant is unable to secure admission to any specific educational institution or at all. Further obligations on part of Admizzionz Campuz® are:

• Guidance, Not Creation: The role of Admizzionz Campuz® is to assist applicants in developing application materials including, but not limited to, essays, resumes, form inputs and letters of recommendation (if needed). All required materials must be drafted and/or procured (in the case of letters of recommendation) by the applicant. Admizzionz Campuz® will only provide strategic ideas and inputs that the applicant can implement.
• Work Plans: Admizzionz Campuz® will work with each applicant to devise a customised work plan for materials/profile enhancement and submission. Admizzionz Campuz® sets internal finalisation deadlines, usually 3 to 4 days before the actual submission deadline, by which time all application components must be submitted for final review by Admizzionz Campuz®. Admizzionz Campuz® will not review any application components within 48 hours of the actual submission deadline.
• Communication Response Time: Admizzionz Campuz® uses email as the primary mode of communication. Admizzionz Campuz® will acknowledge phone, email, or text communications as soon as possible and endeavour to provide detailed responses, if required, within 48 business hours.
• Client Confidentiality: Materials shared with Admizzionz Campuz® will not be shared outside the organisation. Furthermore, we do not disclose our client list or use names without permission.
• Collaborative Team Approach: Admizzionz Campuz®’s employs a team of highly qualified specialists who will support you in delivering its services. You will be assigned a senior counsellor who will be your primary point of contact for the duration of this service. A new counselor may be assigned as replacement in situations such as the old counselor leaving the company, long time illness, long leave etc. Please ensure that you communicate effectively with him/her/them.
• Counselling for admissions: Admissions counselling is provided based on requirements put-up by colleges and universities that are available in the public domain. While Admizzionz Campuz® will make best efforts to verify the information, at no point Admizzionz Campuz® guarantees that the information provided is exhaustive as changes may be made at random by the colleges every day.
• Finalising Materials: Throughout your application journey, many people might want to help by providing inputs. This is great and we encourage you to solicit their advice early in the process. Once we have finalised your application materials, it is advisable not to re-open them. To ensure the highest quality, our finalisation process is collaborative and always involves a minimum of two readers. If an applicant makes changes to materials after the finalisation, Admizzionz Campuz® will not re-evaluate this material.
• Due diligence: Admizzionz Campuz® will only do the due diligence on the admission application and the accompanying documents to verify their completeness. Thereafter, the responsibility for the rejection of the application on account of the documents not being correct, will be that of the applicant.
• Decision of Granting Admission: Admizzionz Campuz® adheres to the admission criteria laid down by the college/university applied to. The final decision of granting admission to an applicant, rests solely with the college /university.

2.The User’s/Client’s/Applicant’s/Individual’s Obligations

1. Original Work: The applicant must create/make materials such as resumes, essays, LORs, SOPs and other supplemental documents for application submissions. Admizzionz Campuz® is not liable or responsible if any material submitted to an educational institution has been plagiarised in part or whole.
2. Make the Most of Admizzionz Campuz®’s Feedback: Applicants are expected to thoroughly review Admizzionz Campuz®’s feedback on application materials, including suggestions, questions, proposed language changes and potential deletions. If any Admizzionz Campuz® feedback is unclear, please seek clarifications.
3. Communicate Regularly: In order to help us help you better, please stay in touch regularly by email, even with short updates or status reports.
4. Inform Admizzionz Campuz® of Your Schedule, Including Exams (if applicable) and Travel Plans: Please ensure that you update Admizzionz Campuz® with any scheduling constraints or opportunities that you may have. E.g. a family engagement or a project deadline. Admizzionz Campuz® will not be responsible for any delays owing to the action, inaction, or lack of communication on the part of the applicant.
5. Have Reasonable Expectations: Much of the work involved in preparing quality application materials/roadmaps involves deep, considered thought that requires time, space, and distance. So, applicants are requested to take this into account when reviewing Admizzionz Campuz® feedback and when requesting or expecting urgent feedback or inputs.
6. Email: When sending emails, please ensure to” Reply All” or “CC” all relevant, involved parties – the applicant, guardian and Admizzionz Campuz® consultants.
7. Social Media and Professional Networks: It is advisable that an applicant follows Admizzionz Campuz®’s accounts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to access updated information pertaining to profile enhancement, the admissions process, upcoming events, scholarships, and other relevant topics.
8. Provide PDF Copies of All Final Application Materials: Once you apply to an educational institution, please upload a final PDF of all relevant application materials to your shared file folder. These materials help the Admizzionz Campuz® team help you prepare for interviews and future submissions and assess the material that can be reused. These materials are not shared outside Admizzionz Campuz® and are stored securely within our internal systems.
9. Satisfaction Survey and Testimonials: Upon completion of the engagement, Admizzionz Campuz® will request feedback through an online customer survey and/or by email to help improve service offerings. Admizzionz Campuz® may also request testimonials, which will be used anonymously and only upon the final approval of the applicant. Finally, Admizzionz Campuz® may also request that you serve as a reference for prospective clients.
10. Maintain Confidentiality of Admizzionz Campuz® Materials: Admizzionz Campuz® develops and shares its proprietary materials for the exclusive use of applicants who have engaged it for profile enhancement, application, advisory and related services. These materials should not be shared with anyone.

3.Admizzionz Campuz®’s Scope of Services

Admizzionz Campuz®’s list of services and associated fees are detailed on the website. All professional charges and fees mentioned on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services. More details are as follows:

1. Scholarships, Financial Aid and Fundraising: While Admizzionz Campuz® may answer general questions regarding scholarships and financial aid, the scope of our services does not include assistance with financial aid documentation (forms, bank letters etc.) nor does it include ongoing support to identify sources of funding for further studies.
2. Visa Assistance: While Admizzionz Campuz® may direct applicants to consulates and government study abroad centres, we do not offer advice or assistance with the procurement of a visa to study in any country.
3. Test Preparation: Admizzionz Campuz® does not offer any standardised test or general test preparation or support. The applicant is responsible for studying for the test, scheduling test dates, and managing registration and score reporting to colleges.
4. Document Preparation: Admizzionz Campuz® will only provide guidance and editing support in writing of essays, statement of purpose (SOP), letter of recommendation (LOR), CVs and resumes. The responsibility of creating these documents will be that of the student and under no circumstances will Admizzionz Campuz® be responsible for writing or creating the same.
5. School Materials: Our service includes help with strategising letters of recommendation from the school and its authorized personnel. However, the applicant is responsible for coordinating with their recommender to ensure that the documentation is uploaded on time.

4.Status of Professional Fees

1. Professional Fees are Non-refundable, Non-transferable, and Non-adjustable, in Whole or Part. All payments are made for a particular service to be availed during the admission cycle (as defined below in clause 7 section a) applicable for that service. Payments are not refundable nor are they transferable to other services, to future purchases or to other family members.
2. All fees payable to the college/university for which admission is sought will have to be paid directly to the respective college/university by the applicant. Admizzionz Campuz® does not collect payments on behalf of any college/university nor does it make payments to the college/university on behalf of any applicant.
3. The fee charged by Admizzionz Campuz does not include the institution’s application fee; the standard/entrance test fee or any courier charges that may be incurred. All these charges will have to borne by the applicant.
4. The Admizzionz Campuz services purchased are valid till the end of the admission cycle only. Extension if requested will be granted at the sole discretion of Admizzionz Campuz® subject to payment of service extension fees.

5.Limitation of Liabilities on Services Provided

The services described on Admizzionz Campuz®’s website, www.admizzionzcampuz.com, that are purchased by the applicant are provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event will Admizzionz Campuz®, its officers, management, directors, employees, consultants, and representatives be held liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of income or data, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties arising from any applicants’ rejection from any undergraduate, or professional program of any kind.

6.Schedule & Working Hours

• Please note: All dates & time given in the schedule below is as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
• Admizzionz Campuz®’s Business Hours: Admizzionz Campuz®’s business hours are Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm IST.
• Scheduling Meetings: Admizzionz Campuz® team will be able to schedule appointments with you within 72 business hours.

7.Other Terms and Conditions

1. Admission Cycle: An admission cycle starts with enrollment in Admizzionz Campuz® for guidance and support in applications for admission to a desired course and college and ends when the admission processes for those courses and colleges get over or August 31 of that year whichever is earlier.
2. Content provided by any of our affiliates or advertisers including but not limited to website/product/service or any claims during the advertisements, sales, promotions will be the sole responsibility of those affiliates or advertisers and they alone shall be liable for any liabilities or disputes arising therefrom and AdmizzionzCampuz® will not be responsible in any form or way.
3. All the content, data and information included in the website, service or product and originating with AdmizzionzCampuz® including but not limited to website, UI, text, marketing materials, photos, graphics, sound, software, videos, reports, assessments etc. is the intellectual property of Right Track Admizzionz Campuz Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian Laws. Trademarks, logos, company names, product names, service marks & names, branding and other intellectual property used are the property of Right Track Admizzionz Campuz Private Limited.
4. Other trademarks, company names, school or college names, logos, that appear on this website which are not part of Right Track Admizzionz Campuz Private Limited, are property of their respective owners and their featuring/presence does not represent any endorsement.
5. Admizzionz Campuz® reserves the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform the individual and it is the individual’s responsibility to look at them as often as possible at the Admizzionz Campuz website.
6. Admizzionz Campuz® will discontinue its services in case it is brought to the notice of its management that a student or his or her guardian or any other accompanying person has indulged in bad behaviour with the Admizzionz Campuz® personnel.
7. Admizzionz Campuz® is a division of Right Track Admizzionz Campuz® Private Limited.
8. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction limits only.

8.Special Terms and Conditions: AdmissionsAssured™ for Undergraduate Admissions AND AdmissionsAssist™ for Post-graduate Admissions

• AdmissionsAssured™ for Undergraduate Admissions from Admizzionz Campuz®, is a college/university admission counselling service that assists class XII students get admission to undergraduate courses in Indian colleges and AdmissionsAssist™ for Post-Graduate Admissions service from Admizzionz Campuz®, is a college/university admission counselling service for postgraduate courses in India, delivered based on the fields of study and careers of interest indicated by the applicant.
• In addition to the general terms and conditions mentioned above, the terms and conditions that follow this para, govern the delivery of AdmissionsAssured™ for Undergraduate Admissions service and AdmissionsAssist™ for Post-graduate Admissions are subject to the individual’s acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions that follow.
• By subscribing to or using the AdmissionsAssured™ for Undergraduate Admissions service or the AdmissionsAssist™ for Post-graduate Admissions the individual agrees that he or she has read, understood, and is bound by the terms and conditions that follow, regardless of how he or she subscribes to or uses the services.
• Once the student has subscribed to AdmissionsAssured™ for Undergraduate Admissions service or the AdmissionsAssist™ for Post-graduate Admissions, the student in consultation with the counsellor assigned by Admizzionz Campuz® will shortlist courses and colleges where he or she will seek admission. On the shortlist, the colleges and universities will be classified as aspirational, realistic, and contingent, where:

1.  Aspirational colleges are those in which admission may happen with a stretch in performance by the student.
2. Realistic colleges are those whose admission criteria match the student’s profile and the probability of getting admission is realistically high, and
3. Contingent colleges are those where the probability of getting admission will be almost certain.

• It is important to note that while certain institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology or All India Institute of Medical Sciences etc. that are recognized as eminent in their fields can be on these student shortlists, there can be no certainty that the student will get admissions into such institutions.
• Despite the best of efforts of Admizzionz Campuz® counsellors, it will not be possible to get undergraduate or post-graduate admissions in college from among those shortlisted for the individual, if the individual does not:

1. Apply to the courses and colleges/universities as agreed upon during the consultations with the Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor.
2. Follow the advice of the Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor and apply to the universities/ colleges as per the portfolio of aspirational, realistic, and contingent colleges (as explained in section 8 clause d above) decided and recommended for him or her for each course.
3. Follow the guidelines of the college/university for filling the application and other forms
4. Submit applications with the specified supporting documentation
5. Ensure that authentic and correct documents are submitted as specified by the college/ university
6. Submit correct and/or complete information on each application and other forms submitted
7. Meet all the deadlines mentioned in the application processes of the college/university the individual is targeting.
8. Prepare documents in the format prescribed by the college/university being applied to and communicated by Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor to the applicant.
9. Check his or her emails which will be the standard mode of transmitting all information sent by Admizzionz Campuz®, and making all announcements and alerts pertaining to college/university admissions to stay abreast of the latest information and instructions from Admizzionz Campuz®.
10. Respond to notifications sent to him or her directly by the college/ university/ examination conducting agency regarding actions to be taken as part of the admissions process e.g., downloading admit card for an entrance exam, booking slots for interview etc.

• Admizzionz Campuz® adheres to the admission criteria laid down by the college/university applied to. The final decision of granting admission to an applicant, rests solely with the college /university.
• All fees payable to the college/university for which admission is sought will have to be paid directly to the respective college/university by the applicant. Admizzionz Campuz® does not collect payments on behalf of any college/university nor does it make payments to the college/university on behalf of any applicant.
• The fee charged by Admizzionz Campuz does not include the institution’s application fee; the standard/entrance test fee or any courier charges that may be incurred. All these charges will have to borne by the applicant.

9.Terms and Conditions: AdmissionsAssistPlus™ for Liberal Arts AND AdmissionsAbroad™ for Overseas Admissions

1. AdmissionsAssist™ Plus from Admizzionz Campuz®, is a college/university admission counselling service for admission to liberal arts courses in India for students of class XII and AdmissionsAbroad™ from Admizzionz Campuz®, is a college/university admission service for undergraduate and post graduate courses overseas based on the fields of study, budgets and countries of residence preferred by the individual.
2. Counselling for admissions is provided based on requirements put-up by colleges and universities that are available in the public domain. While Admizzionz Campuz® will make best efforts to verify the information, at no point Admizzionz Campuz® guarantees that the information provided is exhaustive as changes may be made at random by the colleges every day.
3. In addition to the general terms and conditions mentioned, the terms and conditions that follow this para, govern the delivery of the AdmissionsAssistPlus™ for Liberal Arts and the AdmissionsAbroad™ service and the applicant’s use of the AdmissionsAssistPlus™ for Liberal Arts and/or AdmissionsAbroad™ service is subject to the applicant’s acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions that follow this para.
4. The student is responsible for the preparation and submission of the Transcripts/Marksheets, Standardised Test Scores, Essays/Statement of Purpose, Curriculum Vitae/Resume, and Letters of Recommendation as desired by the liberal arts university in India or the university/college abroad while ensuring compliance with the admission process and absence of plagiarism, false means etc. Admizzionz Campuz® bears no responsibility in this regard and the responsibility for the composition and content will solely be with the student. Admizzionz Campuz will only help with providing the formats, guidelines, edits as needed.
5. Despite the best of efforts of Admizzionz Campuz® counsellors it will not be possible to get admissions in liberal arts colleges in India and colleges abroad, from among those shortlisted for the individual, if the individual does not:

• Apply to the courses and colleges/universities as agreed upon during the consultations with the Admizzionz Campuz counsellor.
• Follow the advice of the Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor and apply to the universities/ colleges as per the portfolio of aspirational, realistic, and contingent (as explained in section 8 clause d above) colleges recommended for him or her.
• Follow the guidelines of the college/university for filling the application and other forms
• Submit applications with the specified supporting documentation
• Ensure that authentic and correct documents are submitted as specified by the college/university.
• Submit correct and/or complete information on the applications and other forms submitted
• Meet all the deadlines mentioned in the application processes of the college/university the applicant is targeting.
• Prepare documents in the format prescribed by the college/university being applied to and communicated by Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor to the applicant.
• Follow the advice of the Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor and apply to the minimum number of universities/colleges in the portfolio of aspirational, realistic, and contingent colleges recommended for him or her
• Check his or her emails which will be the standard mode of transmitting all information sent by Admizzionz Campuz®, and making all announcements and alerts pertaining to college/university admissions to stay abreast of the latest information and instructions from Admizzionz Campuz®.
• Respond to notifications sent to him or her directly by the college/university/ examination conducting agency regarding actions to be taken as part of the admissions process e.g., Downloading admit card for an entrance exam, booking slots for interview etc.
• Meet the deadlines for different milestones of the admission process despite the best of efforts on part of the Admizzionz Campuz® counsellor, resulting in the application not being accepted.
• Arrange for the original documents such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, and scores of standardised tests such as SAT, ACT, GRE , GMAT, TOEFL and IELTS as applicable, to be sent to the admission office of the university being applied to before the due date given by the university.

10.Terms and Conditions: StudentConnect™

1. StudentConnect™ from Admizzionz Campuz®, is a career guidance service that identifies career options that an individual can exercise based on his or her interests and intelligences.
2. The career options suggested however, are not binding on the individual and the final choice of a career option is that of the individual only.
3. The deliverables of StudentConnect™ from Admizzionz Campuz® include a multiple intelligences profile report, career interests profile report and one counselling session to discuss the intelligences, vocational personality, career options and education pathways to prepare for the chosen career options.
4. The terms and conditions that follow this para, govern the delivery of the StudentConnect™ service and the individual’s use of StudentConnect™ is subject to his or her acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions that follow.
5. By subscribing to or using the StudentConnect™ service the individual agrees that he or she has read, understood, and is bound by the terms and conditions that follow, regardless of how the individual subscribes to or uses the services.
6. Further, any falsification in information provided is not acceptable and may lead to incorrect recommendations, for which the individual will be solely responsible.
7. The individual assumes sole responsibility for any actions or decisions that are made as a result of self- discovery and using the career options report. By availing the service and using the report, the individual explicitly waives and relinquishes any and all claims of any nature against Right Track Admizzionz Campuz Private Limited and/or their employees arising out of or in connection with the use of this service and/or career options report.
8. Recommendations on careers are made based on the career interests’ profile and multiple intelligences profile. These are assessed based on the individual’s response to assessment tools/questionnaires at that instance and may change over time and experience and so, the results are not binding on the candidate in terms of pursuit of career choice.
9. Admizzionz Campuz® tries to provide the best fit for an individual in terms of skills and interest but this does not assure performance of the student once admitted in the college/ course. The student will have to study, follow the rules and regulations of the college once admitted and fulfil the course/ program/ degree performance requirements to obtain the final certificate/degree.
10. StudentConnect™ and its website, services, products shall not be liable at any time for any damages (including loss of profits or loss of business or hamper of brand) arising in partnership, contracts or otherwise from the use of our site or its content or from any act(s) or omission(s) resulted in the use of our site or any of its usage of any kind of failure or error or downtime or deletion or unavailability or unauthorized access or use of information etc.
11. Admizzionz Campuz® reserves all rights and will not guarantee 24×7 availability of www.studentconnect.in website, services or products during the downtime or maintenance periods. Admizzionz Campuz® also will not be responsible for any loss of business or hamper to the brand of any of our associates or customers or clients or counsellors due the downtime or maintenance.
12. Content provided by any of our affiliates or advertisers including but not limited to website/product/service or any claims during the advertisements, sales, promotions will be the sole responsibility of those affiliates or advertisers and they alone shall be liable for any liabilities or disputes arising therefrom and StudentConnect™ will not be responsible in any form or way.
13.
